ADVOCACY & GOVERNMENT RELATIONSAdvances the Florida school counseling profession with State agencies, State legislators, partners, stakeholders, through multiple methods, and, supports advocacy efforts of district level school counseling and prek-12 school counseling. AWARDS & PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITIONDevelops new awards and recognitions, reviews and organizes the procedures and practices for existing awards and recognitions, and determines the calendar schedule. Scoring teams for the various awards and recognitions are a separate group of invited school counselors and educators.
