Virtual Convention Overview
Thursday, November 5
The convention kicks off Thursday at 1:00 pm with the Keynote Address by Dr. Carolyn Stone. Attend a workshop, enjoy dinner on your own, and then re-join in the early evening to celebrate the Annual Awards ceremony.
Friday, November 6th
Join the “Lunch and Learn” session at 12:00 noon with Dr. Stan Sonu who will present; The Hidden Pandemic of Childhood Adversity: How Trauma Shows Up in the Classroom and How We Can Respond. Then, select three workshops from six choices for inspiring and high-quality professional development. End your convention Friday with colleagues from around the state for Spirits and Fun, and time with exhibitors.
Saturday, November 7th
Welcome in Saturday morning with Yoga, followed by Coffee with Carolyn (Stone) for conversation about your legal and ethical questions. Cap off your Saturday morning with an outstanding Workshop, and close out 2020 with a chance to win a Raffle Prize during the Final Closing.
